Give space to the intuitive, creative, emotional and fascinating exploration of the human experience. Let's use art, dance, painting, music, among other arts, to create a model that encourages authentic expression and self-knowledge of the BEING.
With special care we will create a space with an empathic climate and acceptance of the person and their experience. Let's discuss the applications of this model as well as the key issues in the training.

DANCE

Dance is one of the first artistic manifestations, in which the action of dancing through the execution of movements to the rhythm of music allows human beings to express feelings and emotions.

BREATHING

Breathing consciously, controlling the rhythm and depth, helps the mind to focus on the body, allows you to anchor yourself in the present and calm down. This process allows you to regulate your emotions and not be swept away by them.

SOMATIC AWARENESS

From the moment we come into the world we are learning and adapting, in-corporating ways of being. Most of these learnings are unconscious, and some are chosen. Somatics asks the question: what actions, aligned with what matters to me, do I want to have available on a daily basis in my life?
